Meditation Sessions

I have been hosting weekly (more or less) 30-minute sitting meditation sessions, followed by discussion and visiting, at my condominium residence—Bay Vista, 2821 2nd Ave, Seattle, WA, in a common meeting area called the Beaumont Room. Presently we will be out of town until mid-March, at which time I anticipate resumption of sessions. The sessions are attended mostly by the condo residents, although others are welcome to attend by RSVP. If you are thus interested as we approach mid-March, please let me know!
